What Learned from the Survey

A big thank you for everyone who took time to complete the survey.

The first thing that we learned is that of those who responded, 75% are likely or very likely to send their campers back to camp, only about 15% are unlikely to return this summer.

We also learned that a full week of camp is most appealing, 81% selected this option.

It is no surprise that campers are ready to spend time with their friends and to be outside, away from their screens. I think we are all hungering for these things.

We are planning what we need to do when at camp:

  • Daily temperature and symptom checks
  • Symptom checks before campers come to camp
  • More activities outside (especially worship times)
  • More activities in small cohort groups

We are moving forward with camp. Our plan is to be a fully residential camp at Quaker Ridge Camp.
